A NEW traffic light has been installed at the busy junction of Jalan Padang Tembak/Jalan Goh Guan Hoe in Air Itam to ensure motorists’ safety.
Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said Jalan Goh Guan Hoe is used as shortcut from Jalan Padang Tembak to Jalan Scotland via Jalan Batu Gantung.
