Final tower of high-rise project sees 92% take-up at launch

The launch of the last tower at Lakeville Residences received very good response.

MAH Sing Group’s launch of the final tower of its Lakeville Residence project on a recent weekend at Lakeville Lifestyle Sales Gallery in Kepong, saw 110 of 120 units of serviced apartments on offer snapped up.

The bookings for the units in the ground to 15th floor came up to a 92% take-up rate in just two days.
