New development in Salak Tinggi township

DEVELOPER Sunsuria has launched Jasper Square, the first commercial development in Sunsuria City in Salak Tinggi, Putrajaya South, to offer an array of commercial conveniences.

With a gross development value of RM148.5mil, the 3.5ha freehold development features two-storey and three-storey shop offices priced from RM1.7mil.

Strategically located at the main entrance of the township, Jasper Square offers 86 units with a built-up area of 2,600sq ft and more than 500 parking lots.

Sunsuria Berhad sales and marketing director Simon Kwan said the launch of Jasper Square last month was well-received with the take-up rate of 40%.

“As Jasper Square will be adjacent to the upcoming Kuala Lumpur International Outlet, it will provide excellent business opportunities for the retailers,” said Kwan, adding that the expected completion would be in 2019.

He added that the 212.5ha township could be a potential catchment of the surrounding residential development.

Besides that, Jasper Square will also be surrounded by beautiful greenery and there will be a spacious landscaped backlane for easy loading of goods and driveway for trucks.

Sunsuria City aims to be an international gateway, offering a lifestyle based on the principles of a smart, livable and sustainable city.

With Xiamen University Malaysia Campus nearby and about 40 education institutions within a 30km radius of the township, the developer will also provide visitors with 200Mbps of high-speed broadband.

“We want to create a place where visitors can gain knowledge or learn something new, live with ease and provide sustainable opportunity for retailers,” said Sunsuria Berhad Marketing general manager Mandy Phang.

The township is easily accessible via the Putrajaya-Cyberjaya Expressway and ERL Salak Tinggi that connects KL Sentral to KLIA.

“We are also planning to launch five more phases this year. Apart from the commercial developments, we will also have serviced apartments targeted at flight attendants and pilots since KLIA is at such close proximity,” Kwan said.

To promote the new township, Sunsuria will be having community activities later this year to raise awareness on the township’s location and what they have to offer.
