The All-England Seniors Open Badminton Championships title has once again eluded seasoned campaigner Chan Wan Seong, who had hoped to make his mark in the centenary tournament this year.
Playing in the Mens’ Singles 60-64 years category, Chan topped the group’s round-robin matches and got into the semi-final match against 2013 Men’s Singles 55+ All-England Seniors Champion, Karsten Meier of Denmark and won 12-21, 27-25, 21-13.
