VI Blues setting the standards

Victoria Institution (VI) is considered as one of the powerhouses in school-level rugby these days, although that wasn’t always the case.

In 2009, when VI first organised its own rugby tournament, it started on a small note and the school team had to eat humble pie as it faced schools with a more developed rugby programme.
