JOHOR BARU: Johor has the highest number of serviced apartment overhang units in Malaysia as of last year and the first quarter of 2020 (1Q 2020).
National Property Information Centre (Napic) data showed the state recorded 32% of serviced apartment existing units in 2019 and 1Q 2020.
