ABOUT 1,500 people in Hulu Selangor had a splashing good time while learning to appreciate rivers during the Sungai Selangor Carnival held at Alor Lempah in Ampang Pecah, Kuala Kubu Baru.
Organised by Hulu Selangor District Council (MDHS), the event saw adults, senior citizens and children taking part in activities such as the kampung breakfast, tree-planting, drawing and colouring contests as well as community sporting events.
