A buka puasa spread with grilled dishes on the menu is definitely something to look forward to.

“You must try the Portuguese grilled fish,” chef Sakya Hamid said when introducing the highlights of the “Aneka Citarasa Ramadan” buffet dinner at Summit Hotel Subang USJ.

And it surely was a must-try item at the buffet spread as it was well-marinated and tasted good that my colleague and I enjoyed the dish.
