FOOD has the ability to rekindle memories and with this in mind, the Memory Makers menu was unveiled at Traders Hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
Described as new signature dishes that leave an impression, it took the chefs six months to conceptualise the menu after getting feedback from regulars.
