JOHOR BARU: The Johor Commu­nity Development Department (Kemas) has been urged to help transform the mindset of the community and pave the way for progression.

Johor Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin outlined four ways to carry out the mandate and encourage people to grab opportunities to be more successful and competitive instead of just relying on Government aid.
