Buffalo farm in Kajang scrutinised for sewage discharge

The ranch now houses 1200 buffaloes and the owner says it is building three new ponds to store drinking water for its livestock and treat the sewage.

A BUFFALO ranch in Kampung Sungai Kembung, Kajang, is feeling the heat from authorities and villagers for allegedly discharging livestock sewage into the Beranang River.

This was brought to light after Air Selangor head of water quality and laboratory services Abdul Karim Endut posted on social media a video of blackish water flowing into the river.
