AN assemblyman has raised the need to promote budding businesses the same way tourism is promoted in Penang.

Yap Soo Huey (DAP-Pulau Tikus) said it was great that the tourism industry in Penang was flourishing and recognised worldwide but it was important to help budding entrepreneurs as well.
