Penang Water Supply Corporation (PBAPP) chief executive officer Datuk Jaseni Maidinsa said the interruption would be between 9pm on Friday and 9am, the following day.
He said this was due to the installation of a new pressure reducing valve (PRV) along a 600mm pipeline at Jalan Raja Uda.
