TNB asked to upgrade wiring systems in pre-war buildings

OWNERS of pre-war shops in Little India at Jalan Tengku Kelana, Klang want the electrical wires on the exterior facade of their shops be removed and mounted on dedicated brackets, as it could be a fire and electrocution risk.

Little India Entrepreneurs Association chairman N. P. Raman said they had appealed to Klang District’s Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) to have the electrical wires rewired and mounted on brackets.
