MALACCA: Enforcement officers from the Malacca Historic City Council (MBMB) will be placed at the water fountain in Dataran 1Malaysia, Klebang to ensure children do not play there.
State Housing, Local Government and Environment Committee chairman Datuk Ismail Othman said the fountain was a decorative feature and not a swimming pool.
