CYCLISTS are advised to take care of their own safety and follow traffic rules while on the road. They are also warned not to put themselves in danger while cycling.
It is every cyclist’s responsibility to wear appropriate cycling gear including reflective clothing, especially at night, said Federal Territories Ministry secretary-general Datuk Seri Adnan Md Ikhsan.
