MILES and miles of illegal black polypipes have been found inside open and covered drains in alleys and back lanes of commercial centres in the heart of Bukit Bintang, Pudu and Chow Kit.
The long pipes were found jutting out at some parts presenting a really ugly picture of the golden triangle area.
