Golden opportunity for buyers

Six of the top developers in the country as well as two from Singapore are showcasing some of their latest projects.

VISITORS can view the latest property development projects by renowned developers at the four-day StarProperty.my fair taking place until Sunday at Publika Mall in Solaris Dutamas, Sri Hartamas.

Organised by StarProperty.my in collaboration with its premium partners, IJM Land and Ekovest Bhd, more than 10 property development projects are being showcased.

The developers taking part in the exhibition are Ekovest, Mah Sing Group Bhd, Agile PJD Development Sdn Bhd, Eupe Bangsar South Development (JV) Sdn Bhd, Tropicana Corp Bhd, See Hoy Chan Sdn Bhd Group, Roxy Pacific Holdings Ltd and Macly Group.

Other participating exhibitors include Creative Robotics Education and Frozen Trees Gift & Premium.

The fair is an ideal platform for developers to promote their projects.

Interested homebuyers and investors should visit the fair to not only survey and purchase their ideal property, but also network with developers.

Ekovest is exhibiting EkoCheras, the company’s flagship project, and EkoTitiwangsa at the fair.

For both projects, the developer is offering special packages, which include bearing the sales and purchase agreement and loan legal fees and disbursement.

EkoCheras is a mixed development project consisting of three service apartment blocks, an office tower as well as a hotel situated on 4.85ha of prime freehold land along Jalan Cheras.

Meanwhile, Agile PJD Development is promoting Agile Mont Kiara, a high-rise condominium that is known as “The Oasis of Mont Kiara” with a special 2% down payment at the fair.

Visitors who complete the organiser’s survey forms will be given an RM5 rebate voucher for an Air Plant Terrarium Workshop and will be able to redeem a free plant.

Only 30 plants will be given away on each day of the fair..

Visitors should not miss the chance to enter a unique programme called CR8 Robotic Challenge, where participants will build their own robots and battle them out in a sumo fight challenge.

Three awards are allocated for each segment of the activity.
