An app for Muslims on pilgrimage

The ‘Haji-Umrah’ smartphone app.

BIOTROPICS Malaysia Bhd has launched a smartphone application called “Haji-Umrah” to provide umrah pilgrims and mutawwif (hajj group leader) with guidance and information on the hajj pilgrimage.

The application’s content was referred to Lembaga Tabung Haji (guidance division) general manager Tengku Aziz Raja Abdullah, who felt that it would benefit pilgrims in many areas while performing the hajj and umrah.
