CONTINUOUS heavy rain has left several low-lying areas in the state flooded, and causing disruptions to residents.
In Butterworth, among the areas hit were Taman Senangin, Chai Leng Park, the underpass beneath the Seberang Jaya roundabout, Taman Bagan and Taman Cantek.
