JOHOR BARU: Residents living along Jalan Indera Putra in Stulang Laut here are frustrated over the problem of overflowing drains in the area, especially during a downpour.

The residents, mostly retirees, blame it on a nearby construction project, saying waste from the works there caused the drains in the area to be clogged, resulting in a stench.
