Traders unhappy with rental hike

Traders are setting up their stalls at the ICC

Bukit Bintang market traders are worried the new rental fees at the Pudu Integrated Commercial Complex (ICC) will be a burden to them.

They were also concerned that the new location at ICC might not be able to draw a regular crowd as before.
