ALOR SETAR: A Year Three pupil who apparently suffered an epileptic fit during morning assembly at his school was found to have a brain tumour.

A teacher had gone to check on Muhammad Alif Haikal Mohd Ridzuan, nine, after he displayed jerking movements in his arms and constant head turns.
