DESPITE incurring costs amounting to RM1.1bil for providing 20 cubic metres of free water to households in Selangor, Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Azmin Ali said the state would continue with the programme.
The programme, which was introduced in 2009, had benefited many, especially the poor and the state has no plans to do away with it.
