A PROPERTY developer has teamed up with the Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) toinitiate a photography award for mainland Penang.

Selangor-based Star Sanctuary Group and MPSP have committed to organise the Star Sanctuary Seberang Prai Photography Awards programme for five years from 2016 to 2020 across the Seberang Prai region.
