Former striker loses weight after Trim N Fit programme

JOHOR BARU: During his heyday as a striker in the Johor football club, Sgt Mejar Abdul Malik Mohd Yassin had a toned physique and weighed 90kg.

A knee injury forced him to slow down and he gained 20kg.
