A PILOT project for waste segregation at source in a village in Penang has netted about two tonnes of recyclables.
The items were collected from 70 of the 120-odd houses in Kampung Changkat in Jawi, Nibong Tebal, since the project by the Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) began early last month.
