Owner of carpark turned warehouse to move out

MBPJ councillor Vincent Chan Ken Fatt said the warehouse operator at SS25/24 has given an undertaking to move out on Dec 2, 2015.

THE owner of a warehouse without approved building plans in SS25/24, Petaling Jaya has agreed to vacate the premises on Dec 2 amid ongoing investigations by the Selangor State Integrity Unit (SIU).

Petaling Jaya City (MBPJ) councillor Vincent Chan Kien Fatt said the warehouse proprietor had given a letter of undertaking dated Oct 15, witnessed by a Commissioner of Oath, assuring the council they would cease all operations and vacate the building.
