The British fashion designer and singer has created a limited edition T-shirt in honour of World AIDS Day, with all proceeds going to the fight against HIV AIDS.
Victoria Beckham's white T-shirt features a screen-printed ribbon logo (the symbol of World AIDS Day), and is on sale online as well as in the designer's London store on Dover Street in the West End.
