At 80, Lim Fang Tat is the oldest employee at the Pangkor Laut Resort in Perak. The head chef, popularly known as Uncle Lim, is the inspiration for the resort’s Uncle Lim’s Kitchen, a restaurant specialising in Nyonya and Hockchew dishes.
