Homes with a touch of health

Health oriented: HSB Development is offering 'medically enabled homes' which it says are the first of their kind in Malaysia and in the region.

THE ARAGREENS development HSB Development comprises two component, Aragreens Residences and Aragreens Village.

For the past two years, the focus has been on Aragreens Residences Project. The project successfully integrates the concept of green building design, multi-generation living, and health and wellness. With six towers of services apartments with a total of 700 units, the developer is able to allocate 63.4% for landscaping out of the entire 7.5 acres of land, providing 26 recreational facilities that caters for all ages. One of the intention is to create a communal aspect by having a community whereby the residents can get to enjoy, share and mingle.
