Sand Nisko gets RM35mil contracts


In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, San Nisko said the the aggregate contract value for the projects represent 57.53% in respect of recurrent related-party transactions entered into by Sand Nisko with DPS from June 30 to July 12.

PETALING JAYA: Sand Nisko Capital Bhd has accepted seven letters of award for construction works for multiple projects with an aggregate contract value of RM34.52mil from Shantawood Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of DPS Resources Bhd.

The projects are located in Tanjong Minyak, Bukit Rambai and Krubong in Melaka.
