Apollo’s 20-sen dividend

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the board had on June 29 recommended the dividend be put forward for shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming 26th AGM.

PETALING JAYA: Snack manufacturer Apollo Food Holdings Bhd’s board of directors has recommended a single-tier first and final dividend of 20 sen a share for its financial year ended April 30,2020 (FY20), payable on Jan 12,2021.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the board had on June 29 recommended the dividend be put forward for shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming 26th AGM.
