LBS to launch 5,543 units with total GDV worth RM2.3bil this year

LBS managing director Tan Sri Lim Hock San is confident that the group will be able to meet its full year sales target of RM1.2bil.

KUALA LUMPUR: Property developer LBS Bina Group Bhd will be having 13 new launches amounting to a gross development value (GDV) of RM2.3bil this year.

In a media briefing today, the company revealed that of the estimated 5,543 units being launched, approximately 4,284 units will comprise affordable homes priced below RM500,000.

Most of the projects launched will be within the Klang Valley. The company will also be launching projects in Cameron Highlands, Pahang and in Batu Pahat, Johor.

The company is also ready to hand over about 1,127 homes with a combined GDV of RM463.2mil.
