CCM invests RM15mil in plant retrofit


KUALA LUMPUR: Chemical Company of Malaysia Bhd (CCM) is investing RM15mil to open a new High Active Potent Ingredients (HAPI) plant in the country for the production of generic cancer medicines.

Group managing director Leonard Ariff Abdul Shatar said the HAPI plan will see CCM widen its product portfolio capabilities in offering generic oncology medicines to treat breast cancer, lung cancer, colorectal cancer, cervical cancer and blood cancer.
