SHAH ALAM: Top Glove Corp Bhd has an unorthodox way of managing its workers. It employs five dieticians to manage the health of its workforce of 10,000.

It spends RM400,000 per year equipping its workers with dental kits to encourage them to take their oral hygiene seriously. Each worker is given two sets – one to be kept in the office and the other at home.
