PETALING JAYA: Oil and gas (O&G) service provider Perisai Petroleum Teknologi Bhd announced a net loss of RM724.59mil for the fourth quarter to Dec 31, 2015, from a previous profit of RM13.52mil, on the back of provisions for impairments of plant and equipment amounting to RM689.91mil.
Not taking into account the impairments, Perisai would have made a pre-tax profit of RM6.2mil.
