Salim ups stake in CAB Cakaran to 11.05%


PETALING JAYA: The Salim Group, via its vehicle Plant Wealth Holdings Bhd, acquired 3.82 million shares in CAB Cakaran Bhd yesterday, further upping their stake to 11.05% from 8.55% previously.

The shares are believed to have been transacted at a price of RM2.13, as there were two off-market transactions totalling five million shares of CAB Cakaran on Feb 18 and 19 at a price of RM2.13.
