Amprop ties up with TNB to build, operate two mini-hydro plants


KUALA LUMPUR: Amcorp Properties Bhd’s (Amprop) subsidiaries have signed a 21-year renewable energy power purchase agreement (Reppa) with Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB).

Amprop said in a statement yesterday that under the Reppa, both parties would build and operate two renewable energy mini-hydro power plants located at Sungai Liang, Raub in Pahang with a capacity of 10MW each.
