I have always had a fascination with mobile devices. This is probably a result of my high school years, when I was surrounded by classmates who had the latest and trendiest gadgets in the market (courtesy of their generous parents, of course).
I didn't have such a luxury, having survived through almost my entire school life with a monochrome screen Ericsson phone that was about three or four years behind time. That made me envious of others and created a longing to have whatever new device I saw in the advertisements around me.
