Bethesda preps 'Fallout 4,' 'Doom,' 'BattleCry' for E3

COOL: Bethesda will present "Fallout 4" (pictured) at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (not pictured).

An E3 booth announcement from Bethesda Softworks indicates that Fallout 4, Doom and BattleCry will form its three-pronged approach to the gaming extravaganza.

The publisher is making its first ever solo keynote presentation on Sunday June 14, 6.30pm PDT (Monday June 15, 9.30am Malaysian time).

The reboot of Doom was a known entity, and the long awaited and very highly anticipated post-apocalypse adventure Fallout 4 was finally confirmed with a trailer on June 3.

BattleCry, which at first glance resembles Valve software's popular free-to-play, cartoon-like, and team-based action game – albeit in a medieval milieu – will also form a significant part of Bethesda's show floor presence.

Senior staffers will explore specific aspects of Doom and Fallout 4 in scheduled sessions on June 16, 17, and 18.

BattleCry, first announced in May 2014, will join them as each day's final session on June 17 and 18, with influential ex-Valve artist Viktor Antonov included in the June 18th closer. – AFP Relaxnews
