KIEV (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, who arrived in Kiev on Thursday for talks with the embattled Ukrainian leadership, intends to provide an additional $16.4 million (£10.7 million) in humanitarian aid to help civilians in eastern Ukraine, U.S. officials said.
