MOSCOW (Reuters) - Ukraine has violated the conditions of a $3 billion (£1.97 billion) Russian loan but no decision on demanding early repayment has yet been taken, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said on Saturday, Russian media reported.
Earlier on Saturday an anonymous government source told Russian agencies that it was "highly likely" that Russia would demand early repayment of the loan.
