Swiss Red Cross worker killed by shell in Ukraine's Donetsk

DONETSK Ukraine (Reuters) - A Swiss Red Cross worker was killed by a shell that landed near the international organisation's office in Ukraine's separatist-held city of Donetsk on Thursday.
