MOSCOW (Reuters) - The Russian Foreign Ministry said on Thursday Ukraine should resolve all its problems with Moscow before it can join the European Union, Itar-Tass news agency reported.
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko had earlier on Thursday presented a reform plan including Ukraine applying for EU membership in 2020.
