MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President-elect Petro Poroshenko called on Friday for a speedy halt to bloodshed and military actions in eastern Ukraine, Russian news agencies reported, citing the Kremlin's spokesman.
