PUTRAJAYA: An appeal by a tow truck driver who was convicted and sentenced to death for murdering AmBank founder Hussain Ahmad Najadi has been dismissed.
Court of Appeal judge Justice Mohtarudin Baki, who chaired a three man panel on Wednesday, upheld the High Court’s decision after rejecting Koong Swee Kwan’s application on the grounds that the conviction was safe.
