KOTA TINGGI: Two military commanders were separately charged at a magistrate’s court here with encouraging membership in the Islamic State.
Mohd Zuraidi Shafiq Zulkeflee, 27, allegedly committed the offence at Markus 21, Gerup Gerak Khas, Kem Iskandar in Mersing in August last year.
