Sky’s the limit for Pasir Gudang car wash operators

Flags galore: Abdul Halim (left) and his workers adding more Jalur Gemilang and Johor state flags at his car wash outlet.

JOHOR BARU: Talk about soaring to greater heights to send out the National Day message, a car wash has put up a huge replica of an aircraft and at least 200 Malaysian flags at the industrial area near Kampung Pasir Puteh, Pasir Gudang, here.

Operator Abdul Halim Amatermin, 45, said the practice began in 2000 when he and his elder brother Rahim decorated their 17-year-old premises to take part in a National Day competition.
