PUTRAJAYA: The company director who was remanded to help in investigations into 1Malaysia Develop­ment Bhd (1MDB) has been released on bail.

The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) did not seek an extension to the four-day remand order against the 39-year-old construction firm director.
